Creativity and dignity are complementary. Creativity needs the dignity of a nurturing environment in which to function properly; dignity needs creative energy to maintain its freshness.
Creativity is male and dignity is female. The content and the context, the stream and the vessel, the action and the ecology – these are the elements of design and of organizational shape.
