From the merely cultural into the political/economic

With the domestication of plants and animals that began in the Neolithic period some 10,000 years ago, surplus and hubris and unrestrained fury became a problem. The biblical regime was a response to those problems. It was an ancient world response that took the issue of divinity out of the merely cultural and put it into the political/economic.
The biblical regime is the transition system that binds the cultural issues of a human social system to the political/economic issues of that social system.
