The Bible is really shallower than most people take it to be. The Bible does not instruct us about the nature of Man or of the human condition. The Bible is a scheme for self-governance under divine guidance. That's all. It doesn't tell us how the world was created or what the destiny of Man really is. All that is secular midrash, which is just as self-serving as aggadic midrash.
