The Arabs do not deserve the influence over world affairs they are able to wield. Because they have a undeserved measure of power, they are led into wielding that power inappropriately and improperly. The damage they are doing to the world everywhere they come into contact with the deserving world derives from the abuse of power that comes from their power being undeserved.
It is not power that corrupts; it is undeserved power that corrupts.
