Rove's Folly

Rove's Folly is the 21st century version of the stupidity of WWI. Both these contests were fought not for principle but for prestige. 

The threat of Radical Islam has thrown Western leadership back to the end of the 19th century, as if none of the learnings of the 20th century had taught us anything.
