Massive creative undertaking

Rabbinic Judaism does not see itself as part of the program of building the new nation. Rabbinic Judaism excludes itself from the project because Rabbinic Judaism is incapable of participating in a creative task.
The left hemispheric bias in contemporary halakha disqaulifies it from becoming a part of the massive creative undertaking the building of a nation involves. The first step the builders of the new nation could take would be to devise an halakhic system that can comprehend the entire people, observant and non-observant alike, an halakhic system that would speak to the cultural expressions of the entire people in the arts, the sciences, industry and government.
