The Arab elites promote the visuals of the Arab street in invese proportion to the degree to which they care about that street's inhabitants. 

Hasbara needs to promote the image of the elite, not the image of the people of Arabia. And what is true for the Arab street goes double for the Palestinian street. 

Hasbara needs to focus as intensely as possible on the persons of the Palestinians' leadership. Make them all Saddam Husseins and ObLs. Just as they are the rock stars of the Arab street so they should become the ten most wanted of the non-Arab street. 

Pound it home and make it personal. Fill the streets of the Western world with marchers calling for the heads of the Arab elites.
