Secularism & religion

The advent of secularism brought about not only the disenchantment of the world and the subsequent demise of the Old One; now secularism is also repealing the monopoly of authority religion had established.
  • Secularism says everything is tolerable and there is no such thing as the service of strange gods.
  • Secularism, under the guise of absolute tolerance, repeals the prohibition against avodah zarah
  • Religion says paganism is intolerable and must be eradicated by the methods the pagans use to rule their own societies.
  • Religion says human sacrifice and the corresponding grinding down of the individual's spirit which comes with life in a society that arouses the blood lust as an instrument of social governance, in short, paganism, is the limit of tolerance and deliberation.
  • Religion says such pagan social systems constitute illegitimate spiritual institutions and must be eradicated.
  • Religion says paganism is the service of strange gods (avodah zarah) and the tolerance of such service is itself intolerable.
