More relational

The following are all related to each other: 

• long term versus short term decision-making, 
• a leadership focused on the people's interests rather than a leadership insulated from the effects of their policies, and 
• a respect for the property rights of the divine Other. 

They are versions of the same thing, which is a mode of relationship that was less transactional and centered on the thing being exchanged and more relational and centered on the parties to the exchange.
