Restitution in the form of retribution

Both a claim of property and a claim of liability can be inalienable. They stay. 
The creator of a thing has an inalienable claim of property. The other side of that claim is the liability of the one who violates the creator's claim. His liability is likewise inalienable. 
The restitution in the form of retribution that comes of that inalienable liability we call the resource curse.
