The natural response to enjoyment

Enjoyment is not the same as pleasure. Pleasure/pain is not the same as enjoyment/distress.
To experience enjoyment one has first to achieve satiation.
The experience of pleasure evokes an improvement of welfare but not necessarily the achievement of well-being. Well-being comes not from more but from enough.
The natural response to enjoyment is not pleasure but gratitude.
