The right hemisphere employs passivity the way the left hemisphere harnesses activity.
To know how properly to be passive is as much of a skill, if not more so, as to know how to be active.
Indeed, true mastery is the proper co-ordination of both – to let the active and the passive work their magic in a dialectic.
