Not from a distance

The more active the knower is in the act of knowing, the more carnal the knowing becomes.
To evaluate through a carnal knowing is to make judgments not from a distance but from an intimate participation in the evaluative process and an intimate participation with the thing being evaluated.
To share an experience is to know another's experience as one's own. To share an experience with God is to know God's experience as one's own.
