Earthquakes

The institutional alarm the power elite raise every time the general population merely assembles in large numbers is a symptom of  how disparate the classes in society are becoming. This elite panic that underlines so much that's ordinary in the life of modern day collectives is the Achilles's heel of industrial secularism; and it’s that very weakness in Western  society which the Islamic terrorists are targeting. 

Terror is the introduction of disaster. It is not meant to simulate war, it is meant to simulate earthquakes because earthquakes show up the weakness of the ruling authorities, whereas war shows up their strengths.
