The use of racist concepts

The use of racist concepts are typically indicators of a leadership trying to gain control of their followership. When a people's leadership resorts to racist values it is taking advantage of "the organizational, not merely ideological or propaganda, uses to which race concepts can be put." (The Origins of Totalitarianism, Hannah Arendt, 1994; page 226).
