The relations between the sexes in the Arab world amounts to an 'ideological venereal disease' and the relations of the Arab world's educated elites to the general Arab public is in a permanent state of crisis with little cultural breeding possible in societies dedicated to preserving the myth of a glorious past, societies dedicated to perpetuating the power/challenge system of strong man rule in a fanatical and a blood-soaked, pagan madness.
