Yovel is the 7X7 festival. 

Each sabbatical year cleans out most of the class distinction that accretes over the course of the productive ossaph years but just to make sure nothing gets past them the sova system adds an extra two-year cycle every fifty years. 

Nothing can get past a two-year hiatus from productivity.
