The realm of scarcity is the realm of the common man's experience; the realm of abundance is the realm where privilege conducts its affairs.
Most of the decisions of the rulers and the executives takes place in the domain where rights and the clear allocation of who owns what is subordinate to duties and the vague disposition of threshold objects.
