Civil society as social capital

The Jewish socialism is shabbos, and the Jewish capitalism is miqdash. Israel must devise economic and political institutions that fit with shabbos and miqdash to shape a Jewish political/economic system as a light unto the nations, and as the foundation of the messianic era. The competitive advantage of the Jewish political/economic system will be not the human capital and not the natural resources and not the financial capital but the social capital built into the culture of the people. Civil society and mutual aid could make the Israelite population the most productive people on the planet.
