A turbulent international environment

The Arab world divides between the Arab nationalists working against the Islamists. What will happen to this divide after the twilight of the oil gods?
Where does Israel under a biblical regime situate itself within the concentric rings of diplomacy from terrorist Palestinians to hegemon US? That is the revolutionary scenario that could compel Israel's future: a drive toward a domestic biblical regime that then comes into its own when it negotiates the cataclysmic crisis that befalls the Middle East after the twilight of the oil gods.
It will be the biblical regime's ability to manage the oil-god-twilight that establishes it as the savior of the Jewish people. The interesting question is not whether the bright sunlight of the oil gods will someday go dark; the interesting question is which political/economic/ideological regime is best suited to manage such a turbulent international environment.
