The fundamentalist settlers are mirror images of Hamas. They are each other's creatures. They both use land not as a foundation of dignity but as a weapon to justify their own drive to dominate their political rivals within their own camps.
Invoking the deity for the sake of the land within the context of political power is a perversion of the true divine teachings.
