Divine parent vs mundane parent

Racism addresses qualities and defects as inborn, and, hence, beyond the reach of human agency. What racism is missing is the role of a divine ruler who needs to be acknowledged for being the agent Who deserves returns for those 'inborn' qualities or defects.
Nature vs nurture, in biblical regime terms, is a matter of how to account for all the authoritative responsibility in the system: the divine parent vs the mundane parent.
