History demands

When the Nazis confiscated the Jewish property and deemed it 'ownerless' they were performing a function not unlike the confiscation of the land and the infra-structure of the Canaanites in the conquest of the Land of Israel. As YHWH was offering the Children of Israel a mature, fully developed 'Promised Land,' so too were the Nazis offering the German people a highly cultivated cultural legacy in their expulsion of the Jewish people from 'the greater German space' and by the suspension of the rights for Jews to hold property.
The Nazis truly replicated the logic of the biblical regime. The Nazis promoted and elevated cultural values while perpetrating violence and cruelty against an innocent minority. That cruel contrast is faintly reminiscent of what happened when the people of Israel took possession of Canaan under their own exterminationist mandate. These two value systems – high culture and cruel extermination – didn't contradict each other because they were operating in different dimensions.
One possible interpretation of what happened under the Nazis is that the Jewish people in European diaspora were as debased spiritually in the eyes of God as the ancient Canaanites were when Israel conquered them. The Genocide was a veritable negation of the Mosaic legacy of the original purchase on the Promised Land. The Israelites preserved the material infra-structure the Canaanites had built up at the same time as they were exterminating the people of Canaan.
Nazism was as total a re-definition of political ideology as were the teachings of Moses. Hitler was a spiritual genius of magnificent, if, in the event, of diabolical proportions. His insight rivaled the Bible's in depth and ambition.
The proper response to the Genocide that history demands is not only the establishment of the State of Israel – which the nations of the world could accomplish – but also the re-building, in that State, of the biblical teachings that Nazism had recapitualted in evil format – which only the Jewish people can accomplish.
