Alpha and beta form

Racism + bureaucracy = mass murder -> death camps. The mass murder that defined the European heart of darkness in Africa, the destruction of masses of African populations at the hands of European bureaucratic administrators, morphed into the systematic extermination of Europe's internal racial targets – the Jews. The methods and the ideologies were worked out in alpha and beta form on the backs of the Africans and the Asians but they were then implemented in earnest against European Jews.
